I am an experienced and versatile professional with a strong foundation in both business management and healthcare. With over 10 years of experience as a Business Manager, I have led operations across diverse sectors, focusing on strategic planning, team leadership, financial oversight, and service improvement. My approach has always been results-driven, with a commitment to delivering value and building high-performing, client-focused teams.
In the last 5 years, I transitioned into the healthcare sector and am now a Registered Nurse, combining clinical expertise with a deep understanding of operational efficiency and patient-centred care. This dual background allows me to bridge the gap between frontline healthcare delivery and effective service management, particularly in regulated environments.
I am passionate about improving care standards, supporting vulnerable populations, and developing sustainable, people-first services — whether in a clinical setting or through strategic leadership.

Oluwatosin Julius

As Team Leader at True Nest Care, I bring a strong track record of leadership, hands-on care delivery, and team coordination within the health and social care sector. With years of experience supporting individuals in domiciliary care, live-in support, and complex needs environments, I am passionate about ensuring every client receives care that is not only safe and professional, but also compassionate and respectful.

In my role, I oversee daily operations, support and mentor our care team, and ensure that every care plan is implemented to the highest standard. I work closely with clients and their families to make sure their needs, preferences, and dignity are always prioritised. My leadership approach is people-first — fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff, where trust, respect, and open communication come first.

I believe that exceptional care begins with a dedicated team, and I am committed to leading by example, ensuring True Nest Care continues to be a provider families can depend on.
