Vital Nest Care provides domiciliary care, live-in support, hospital discharge assistance, hospice care, companionship, and specialised care services. All care plans are personalised and subject to a signed agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and medical information.

• Ensure a safe working environment for our staff.

• Notify us promptly of any changes in care needs.

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees are agreed in advance and outlined in the care contract. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with at least 48 hours’ notice unless otherwise stated in the contract.

6. Liability

We take all reasonable care in providing services, but we are not liable for any indirect loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
